Miss a horizontal requirement or a KPI and the whole thing drops below threshold.

Work through a prioritised list of surgical fixes. Tighten KPIs, rebalance work packages, close the gaps — then submit knowing it holds up.

These steps are for Microsoft Word on Windows desktop. You add one small file as a trusted add-in — no admin rights, no Store.
Download manifest.xml (button above) and move it into any folder — for example C:\Users\You\GrantGni.
Right-click the folder → Properties → Sharing tab → Share…. In the dropdown, choose Everyone, click Add, then Share. Windows shows a network path like \\YOUR-PC\Users\You\GrantGni — copy it.
In Word: File → Options → Trust Center → Trust Center Settings → Trusted Add-in Catalogs. Paste the \\… path, click Add catalog, tick Show in Menu, then OK → OK.
Close all Word windows completely, then open Word again so the new catalog is picked up.
Go to Home → Add-ins → Advanced… (bottom-left of the panel). In the Office Add-ins dialog, under SHARED FOLDER you'll see Grant Gni — select it and click Add.
On the Home tab, click Assistant to open Grant Gni. Paste the license key from your trial email into ⚙ Settings, and start drafting and scoring.
Close Word completely. Press Windows + R, type %appdata%\Microsoft\Templates and press Enter, then move manifest.xml into that folder. Reopen Word → Home → Add-ins → My Add-ins. Word trusts this default location, so your add-in shows up on the shared/local tab. (Some setups use %appdata%\Microsoft\Office\Recent instead — try that if Templates doesn't work.)

Yes. Grant Gni is a Microsoft Word add-in. It sits in a task pane next to your document and edits it directly with tracked changes — no copy-pasting into a separate chatbot. You add it in a couple of minutes with the manifest file (see “Install”).
Generic AI invents facts and doesn't know the official criteria. Grant Gni is built on two decades of expert Horizon Europe and EIC know-how — from specialists who know the programme inside out and have served as evaluators — and it scores your draft against the real evaluation criteria. If the source is silent on something, it says so rather than guessing.
Your draft is never used to train a public model, and bring-your-own-key options keep usage private and costs transparent. Your work stays yours.
Nothing automatic — there's no card on file. If it's a fit, request a license (Reviewer, Writer or Studio) and we'll invoice you and activate it the same day.
Tell us about your call and where you are. We'll show you exactly how Grant Gni fits your proposal — no hard sell.
